Job summary

Busy Bees is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children across our nurseries. The role requires passion for early years education, strong communication, and the ability to work within EYFS guidelines.

You will contribute to a nurturing environment, participate in ongoing professional development, and support families through the Key Person approach.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment; prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS to promote holistic development.
• Act as Key Person, building strong family connections and monitoring each child’s progress.
