Job summary

Caring Kindergartens Daventry is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 childcare qualification to join our caring team. You will observe, record and support children's progress under EYFS, promoting learning through engaging activities and a warm, safe environment.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues, uphold safeguarding standards, communicate well with children and families, and engage in ongoing training to develop professionally within our family of nurseries.

Qualifications

• Works as part of a team to observe, record and assess progress under EYFS.
• Develop high quality interactions and promote children’s thinking and learning.
• Plan and deliver a wide range of play experiences promoting development.
• Ensure activities align with children’s next steps and interests within EYFS framework.
• Support each child’s self-esteem, confidence and competence.
• Provide a positive model of behaviour to children and families.

Responsibilities
