Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven ability to communicate well with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to nurture growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities supporting physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development per EYFS.
• Key Person Role: monitor development, care needs, and maintain strong family connections.
