Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a private nursery in Dunmow, Essex. The role offers a 4-day working week, with a permanent opportunity and a focus on delivering engaging activities within the EYFS framework.

You will support children aged 0-5, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and contribute to a nurturing learning environment. Training and development are provided, with a view to securing a long-term position.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in nursery/early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Nurturing, child-centred approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.
• Work collaboratively as part of a nursery team.
