Job summary

Windmill Primary School in Wokingham is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified practitioner to join its Nursery team on a fixed-term basis until the end of the academic year. You will support early years learning in a small, well-resourced setting and help to lay strong foundations for children aged 2 to 4.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and a passion for nurturing young children’s development within a dedicated team.

Windmill Primary School & Nursery is a one-form entry school, in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are located in an exceptionally well-resourced building, purpose built for children aged 2 to 11 years. We pride ourselves in being a small school where all children are known, valued and have their individual needs recognised and met. The Details

Salary: GLF Associate 3.1 £25,877 FTEActual Salary: £20,097

Hours: 32.5hrs - Monday to Friday. Term time plus INSET (39 weeks)

Contract Type: Fixed term to the end of the academic year

Start Date: November 2026
