Job summary

The Old Station Nursery in Wellingborough is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You’ll create a warm, nurturing environment for children, plan EYFS-aligned activities, and build strong partnerships with families and staff.

Role requires Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS. DBS checks and right-to-work verification are part of onboarding; sponsorship is not offered. We offer extensive perks and a supportive team culture.

Pay: £27,476.80 - £27,476.80 per Annum. based on experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week

About Our Nursery

Wellingborough nursery children are very much a part of the local community and we are lucky to have Croyland Park on the other side of our boundary fence, where we feed the ducks and use the play equipment. Our nursery is made up of 4 rooms - a 13 place baby room, 16 place toddler room and 2 preschool rooms which can hold up to 32 children. Each room has their own garden space too! Wellingborough Day Nursery is situated on Croyland Road next to Croyland Park. The nursery is within walking distance of the town and a five-minute drive from the A45. There is staff parking available.
