Job summary

Strategy Education is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator for a full-time, permanent position in Maidstone, Kent. The role focuses on providing high-quality care and education to pre-school children within a welcoming setting.

You will plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, observe and assess progress, and work with colleagues to support children's development in line with EYFS. A DBS check and UK work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.

Pay: £14.30 – £17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

We are working with a welcoming and dedicated pre‑school setting that is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Educator to join their committed team.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development, alongside a sound knowledge of the EYFS and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

About You

• Hold an approved Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.


• Have at least two years' experience working in an early years setting.


• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS.


• Be enthusiastic, confident and passionate about working with young children.


• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Be reliable, professional and committed to providing high standards of care.


• Hold a valid DBS Certificate or be registered with the DBS Update Service.


• Have the right to work in the UK.

Level 2 candidates may also be considered where they have strong and relevant EYFS experience within a pre‑school setting.
