Job summary

St Catherines School is seeking a creative Marketing Apprentice to gain hands-on experience and support the school's events programme, while working towards a Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship.

You will work 30 hours a week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-3.30pm) in Guildford, helping with events administration, marketing communications, photography and videography content, under the Director of Marketing and the marketing team.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at levels specified are essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a busy office.
• Digital fluency with MS Office and online tools.
• Passion for Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the school’s events programme and assist with marketing and communications activities.
• Coordinate and deliver School events (Open Mornings, Admissions events, taster days and alumnae events).
• Assist with events administration and logistics to ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.
• Support creation of photography and videography content.
• Work with Director of Marketing and team on planning and execution across departments.
