Job summary

St Catherine's Hospice is offering a Marketing & Communications Apprentice position on a 2-year, full‑time fixed‑term contract. You will study a Level 3 qualification while gaining hands‑on experience in a busy Marcomms team, working 37.5 hours per week including study time.

You’ll assist with content across channels, help with admin tasks, attend events and support photography and videography. No experience is required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required; enthusiasm, willingness and drive to learn.
• Genuine interest in developing a career within Marketing and Communications.
• Structured training with on‑the‑job learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, edit and write content for various channels and audiences.
• Provide administrative support to manage the marcomms inbox and calendar.
• Attend events and support photography and videography efforts.
• Collaborate across the team to contribute ideas and support campaigns.
