Job summary

Radius in Crewe is recruiting an IT Quality Assurance Apprentice to join the IT department. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on testing experience across automated and manual testing, with guidance from QA, development, Product, and DevOps teams.

During 15 months you will learn basic software testing principles, test automation concepts, defect management, and Agile practices, while contributing to real projects and developing communication and teamwork skills in a supportive IT

Qualifications

• Interest in IT, software testing, and QA
• Willing to learn testing methodologies
• Keen to work in a collaborative IT environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, executing, and maintaining tests
• Support testing of new functionality
• Review requirements with Product and Dev teams
• Identify and log defects using standard tools
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Support smooth and reliable releases
• Follow QA best practices
