Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification relevant to Early Years/Education.
• Have previous experience working within Nursery or Primary School settings.
• Be nurturing, caring and passionate about supporting children's development.
• Have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to children's lives.
• Be confident supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents/carers.
• Be adaptable, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in nursery/primary settings.
• Be a positive role model for children's wellbeing and safety.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support classroom activities.
• Contribute to safeguarding and compliance processes.
