Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster intellectual, social, and emotional development in children within Busy Bees Salford. You will contribute to high-quality education and engage in the Bee Curious curriculum designed to spark curiosity and confidence.

The role focuses on delivering stimulating EYFS activities, safeguarding spaces, and building strong relationships with families in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities application of child development knowledge to activity planning.

Responsabilités

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and arrange rooms to support development.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS.
• Act as Key Person, overseeing development and building family connections.
