Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in a Busy Bees nursery in Billingham.

You will work within the Bee Curious curriculum, supporting children’s learning and wellbeing with a focus on EYFS attainment and family engagement. A welcoming, growth-oriented environment offers professional development and opportunities across nurseries.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and organisational skills; ability to apply knowledge of child development.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to aid development.
• Key Person Role: develop strong family connections and monitor each child's progress.
