Job summary

Simply Education is recruiting for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner in Saxilby, Lincoln. This permanent role involves supporting children aged 2-5 through play, daily routines and the EYFS framework. A Level 2 is required, Level 3 preferred, with previous nursery experience advantageous.

You will join a welcoming nursery team, offering stability and development opportunities. Salary is £12.75 per hour, with 30-40 hours per week across 4 days. Commencement is 26th October 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years with Level 3 preferred.
• Previous nursery/early years experience desirable.
• Familiar with EYFS framework and child development.

• Support children's learning and development through play and activities.
• Provide high-quality care for ages 2-5.
• Support personal, social and emotional development.
