Job summary

3D Recruit are recruiting for permanent Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years opportunities in Brentwood. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Practitioners and Educators to build a rewarding career supporting young children during their development.

Your responsibilities will include supporting learning in line with the EYFS, planning engaging activities, building positive relationships with children and families, and promoting development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Planning and supporting engaging activities and experiences.
• Building positive relationships with children and their families.
• Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Promoting independence, confidence and communication.
• Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Working closely with colleagues to provide a high standard of care and education.
• Maintaining accurate observations and records of children’s development.
