Simply Education is recruiting for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner in Saxilby, Lincoln. This permanent role involves supporting children aged 2-5 through play, daily routines and the EYFS framework. A Level 2 is required, Level 3 preferred, with previous nursery experience advantageous.

You will join a welcoming nursery team, offering stability and development opportunities. Salary is £12.75 per hour, with 30-40 hours per week across 4 days. Commencement is 26th October 2026.

Qualifications

Simply Education is working with a welcoming nursery in Saxilby, Lincoln, who are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and engaging activities.
• Providing high-quality care for children aged 2-5.
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Helping children build confidence, independence and positive relationships.
• Following the EYFS framework and supporting children's individual learning needs.
• Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
• Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider nursery team.
• Communicating positively with parents and carers.
• Supporting daily routines including meals, toileting, dressing and transitions.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and child welfare.

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
