Busy Bees Birmingham Longbridge is seeking a Relief Early Years Educator to support delivery of the Bee Curious curriculum and mentor unqualified team members. You will plan activities, nurture and observe children, and build strong partnerships with families in a thriving Busy Bees setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 EY qualification, have experience with under-5s, and demonstrate empathy, communication, and organisational skills to thrive in a busy nursery with a supportive, caring team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Demonstrates empathy and understanding of individual needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities for children.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the Key Person role and work closely with families.
• Track and report children's progress through observations.
