Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Empathy and strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
