Busy Bees Birmingham Longbridge is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our team as a Relief Early Years Educator. You’ll support the Bee Curious curriculum, deliver engaging activities, and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You’ll take on Key Person responsibilities, mentor less experienced staff, and track children's progress through observations. The role offers a nurturing setting with opportunities for professional development and a strong commitment

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Empathy and strong communication skills.
