Job summary

Busy Bees Lichfield is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, support development of our curriculum, and mentor unqualified team members in a thriving setting.

You will assist in planning and delivering educational activities, create a safe, inclusive learning environment, and take on Key Person duties, tracking progress through observations and assessments.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding of individual needs.
