Level 3 Early Years Educator | £13.00 - £13.50 per hour | Full-Time | Leyton, Waltham Forest

Reeson Education is seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 Early Years Educator for a full-time position in Leyton. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys leading activities, supporting junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care.

What You'll Do as a Level 3 Early Years Educator:

• Plan and lead EYFS-based learning activities.

• Carry out developmental observations and contribute to planning.

• Support and mentor Level 2 practitioners and apprentices.

• Contribute to CPD and promote excellent childcare standards.

We're Looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator Who:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.

• Has experience in nursery or early childhood settings.

• Communicates effectively with staff, children, and families.

• Has a solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.

Pay and Hours for a Level 3 Early Years Educator:

• Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
