Job summary

Our Lady and St Hubert's Catholic Primary School is seeking a dedicated practitioner to support pupils with SEND and SEMH, helping them access the curriculum with care and understanding.

You will work within a supportive team, modelling calm behaviour and contributing to a positive, inclusive ethos across the school while delivering high-quality pastoral and learning support for children with diverse needs.
