Washwood Heath Academy in Birmingham is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the Inclusion team in the Secondary Phase. You will support students with SEND and EAL, collaborate with class teachers to raise attainment, and promote independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
The role focuses on enabling access to the curriculum through differentiated activities and coordinated planning with staff.

Starting as soon as possible, we wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our existing Inclusion team in the Secondary Phase of the Academy. The purpose of the post is to carry out a range of duties that enable students with learning needs to fully access standard and differentiated curriculum activities. The post holders will work closely with all other members of the Inclusion team and teachers to promote high standards of inclusion and learning opportunities.
