Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support learning in Warrington primary schools. You will work alongside teachers to help pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, reinforcing learning and encouraging independence.

The ideal candidate has a recognised Level 2 TA qualification and strong communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine interest in supporting children's education.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience supporting children in a primary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and resources.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independent learning.
• Provide useful feedback to teachers about pupil progress.
• Support children with different abilities and learning needs.
