Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support nurseries or the Early Years provision within primary schools in Warrington. You will work closely with the class teacher, supporting children through play-based learning and helping them develop confidence, communication and independence.

The role involves supporting children across nursery or reception, providing one-to-one and small-group support, and helping with learning through play and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Experience in nursery, Reception, or childcare is beneficial.
• Ability to support learning through play and practical activities.
