Academics are recruiting for experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Latchford and the Warrington area.

This role offers flexible day-to-day supply, with short-term and long-term placements, the chance to experience different schools and year groups, and support from a dedicated education recruitment consultant.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification required or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience supporting children within a school or education setting.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Calm, approachable and proactive manner.
• Ability to settle quickly into new classrooms and support pupils to reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and support staff in delivering planned activities.
• Support pupils with learning activities and behaviour in the classroom.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment across different schools.
