Job summary

Academics are currently seeking a Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in Elton, Cheshire. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed TA who can provide effective classroom support and help pupils get the most from their learning.

The role may involve supporting pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, assisting teachers with delivery of the primary curriculum, and supporting phonics, reading and numeracy.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Understanding of the primary curriculum and phonics/early reading.

Responsibilities
