Job summary

Oasis Academy Leesbrook in Manchester is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive secondary academy. You will work across year groups to support teaching and learning.

You will help individuals and small groups access the curriculum, assist with planning, support students' social and emotional needs, and help monitor progress in a safe, inclusive environment. The Role

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience of working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is patient, adaptable and committed to supporting students to achieve success.
• Has strong organisational skills and can work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Holds GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
