Job summary

The Keep Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to pupils and help create an outstanding learning environment across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support and develop pupils’ learning and engagement.

You will be committed to making a positive difference, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues, and contributing to whole-class, small-group, and 1:1 interventions as required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children in a school setting.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Ability to support learning on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
