Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Secondary School in Bury, with an ASAP start available. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people and helping pupils make progress both academically and personally.
School-Based Experience is Essential
Only applicants who have previously worked within schools or an education setting will be considered for this position.
Applicants must have relevant, hands-on experience working with pupils in a school environment. While experience in a secondary school is highly desirable, candidates with transferable experience from other educational settings may also be considered where appropriate.
This role would particularly suit a Teaching Assistant who has already developed a strong understanding of classroom routines, pupil support and working effectively alongside teaching staff.
The daily rate for this position is £95-£110 per day, depending on previous experience. Candidates with more than one year's experience working in a UK secondary school will be considered for a higher rate of £100-£110 per day, depending on the depth and relevance of their experience.
