Responsibilities

• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging focus, motivation and engagement throughout lessons.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.
