Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children at Busy Bees Thurstaston. You will join a leading UK nursery group committed to high-quality education and staff growth.

In this role you’ll contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum, work as part of a welcoming team, and build strong relationships with families while supporting children’s early learning within a warm, well-resourced setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
