Job summary

Five Education in Bath is seeking a qualified Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to deliver EYFS-inspired activities and support early years development. You will foster curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child while building strong partnerships with families.

This role offers a supportive, community-focused environment with training opportunities and DBS support to ensure a safe, welcoming setting for children aged 0-5 years.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Right to work in the UK; DBS Update Service preferred; willingness to obtain DBS if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
• Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children with additional needs where appropriate.
