Busy Bees in Stevenage Great Ashby is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social, and emotional development within a nurturing classroom. You will play a leading role in delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and creating engaging, safe learning spaces.

As part of our dedicated nursery team, you will work with children under five, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a culture of high-quality early years education.

Qualifications

• Level 2 childcare qualification required.
• Experience with children under 5 is essential.
• Empathy and understanding of each child's needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Take on Key Person responsibilities and build partnerships with families.
• Track and report children's progress through observations.
