Qualifications

• Experienced: Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred.

• Compliant: Able to obtain an enhanced DBS check, provide 2 references, and demonstrate right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Daily care and activities: Supporting Key Teachers and Senior Key Teachers in delivering daily routines, activities and care.
• Team support: Acting as a role model for assistants and apprentices and helping train new team members in routines, safeguarding and compliance.
• Compliance: Following all safeguarding, health & safety and compliance policies, and supporting with risk assessments and accident forms.
