Ideally you hold a Level 2 qualification in early years, have experience with under-5s, and demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and organisational skills to collaborate with families and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
