Morgan Ward NDT Ltd is Europe’s leading on-wing NDT provider, expanding across the UK and Europe with bases in Prestwick, Manchester and Stansted. We seek experienced L2 NDT Technicians to join our elite team, working on-wing within aviation and aerospace sectors, with travel across sites and assignments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires enabling 3+ NDT methods to EN 4179 L2, willingness to travel, and readiness for unsociable hours including weekends and night shifts.

• Minimum of 3 NDT methods experience (PT, UT, ET) to EN 4179 L2; MT/RT bonus.

We’re interested in speaking to keen individuals with the following skills and experience:

• Possess experience of a minimum of 3 methods, working in accordance with EN 4179 to L2 in PT, UT, ET (additional MT and RT would be a bonus, or even IRT)
• Proven background in aviation NDT from working in a Part 145 organisation and working to aerospace specifications
• Ideally experienced in both line maintenance and heavy maintenance NDT inspections
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills, great attention to detail, and confident skills in accurate paperwork
• Ideally possess knowledge and hands‑on experience of working with a variety of aircraft.
