Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person with families.
• Track and report children’s progress through observations.
