Job summary
Busy Bees is looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our Harlow nursery. You will support the Bee Curious curriculum, mentor unqualified team members, and help deliver high-quality care and education to children aged under five.
The role offers opportunities to take on increased responsibility in a thriving, supportive setting within Busy Bees’ UK network of nurseries.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
- Experience with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding—each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
