Job description

Monarch Education are currently seeking a cohort of Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants to work with a large group of schools based around South Bristol. The group of schools are looking for candidates with a passion and excitement for benefiting children's learning and personal development. We are looking for people to work in both a mainstream setting and SEND setting. The right candidate must have experience in either one of these settings or clear and visible transferable skills.

The schools you'll be working with range from an Ofsted rating of "GOOD" to the rating of "OUTSTANDING". All the schools share a similar ethos of approaching learning with an exciting and engaging attitude, with a huge emphasis on inclusivity and diversity within the school setting. They're ideally looking for candidates to start at the beginning of the new academic year to embed themselves within the school's culture.

This particular role allows flexibility as you can decide whether to operate on a part-time or full-time basis. If this isn't for you, we can offer alternative roles; just provide us with the days that you would like to work, the hours you would like to work, and the schools you would like to support, and we will fill up your week. We have excellent rates of pay between £90 and £100 a day, and the type of payroll you would like to be on (we offer both Umbrella and PAYE).

Not only will you get the opportunity to work with an incredible school, but you'll also reap the rewards of working with Monarch.

  • Flexible work, work whenever and wherever you want
  • Guarantee Work Scheme (get work every day that you want, 2-5 days a week)
  • Working with large multi-academy trusts supported by Monarch Education
  • Temp-to-Perm scheme
  • Speedy clearance so that you are ready and out to work in no time
  • Excellent rates of daily pay and paid weekly
  • Online timesheet portal
  • 24-hour support from your consultant

If this is of interest and you'd like to get involved, please contact Blake Boyland on our Primary desk at 0117 938 2100 or email. Otherwise, please click apply, and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours of you applying.
