Salary: £36,912.00 to £41,904.00 per annum Closing Date: Monday 12th April 2025 (10:00am)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Leader to lead our thriving Early Years & Teaching assistant’s provision. You will be responsible for the strategic development, delivery, and quality of our courses, ensuring they meet the needs of students and employers.
The post holder will be responsible for a range of Early Years related qualifications to full time 16-18 students at Levels 2 and 3, T-Level in Early Years Education and Level 2 & 3 Teaching Assistants.
The post holder will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate strong team leading qualities, with suitable Early Years Education teaching experience. The post also includes leadership of our prestigious T-Level groups, in close collaboration with our partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and develop the provision and re- affirm it as a flagship provision.
