Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, for a full-time role (Mon-Fri, 4 or 5 days). Salary ranges £13.50–£16 per hour. Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare is welcomed, with a passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.

You will provide a safe, nurturing environment, plan age-appropriate activities, and support children’s development. DBS checks and two professional references are expected as part of the hiring process.

Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3

Location: Hemel Hempstead , Hertfordshire

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join our team. We are happy to consider candidates who hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and are passionate about supporting young children's learning, development and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children. You will work alongside the nursery team to support children's development through play, activities and positive interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

DBS Requirement

Applicants must either:

• Hold a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or
• Be willing to apply for a new DBS check.If a new DBS is required, the cost can be reimbursed after 20 days of successful employment, subject to the applicable terms.
