First Military Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lettings & Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client based in South Woodford, London. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, independent practice offering a range of services for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in East London and Essex.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engaging with new & past clients from the company’s established database.
• With the support of a back-office network, book & conduct external rental / sales appraisals & conduct out-of-office viewings.
• Meet weekly/monthly rental / sales targets.
• Update multi-user software database.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent sales, organisational, and communication skills.
• Clear, personable, and professional telephone manner.
• Exceptional time keeping and attendance.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Motivated and target-driven.
• Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Driving licence and use of a car.
