Lettings Negotiator – London Bridge

Do you have 12-months+ Residential Lettings experience and interested in working in a Lettings department that generates over £1M in fees per annum?

If both answers to the above questions are yes, I want to speak with you.

Our client, an internationally recognised property brand, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator in their flagship London Bridge office. They are a fantastic, well run operation built on decades of success in the UK and International property sector and joining them now, whilst they are embarking on their next growth phase will provide an opportunity, second to none!

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• At least 12-months experience in Residential Lettings
• Be a money motivated and ambitious individual
• Enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment & be able to handle heavy workload
• Have a full UK Driving Licence

Our client is offering a £24,000 basic, realistic OTE of £60,000+ and pool car
