Overview

First Military Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lettings & Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client based in South Woodford, London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, independent practice offering services for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in East London and Essex.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Engaging with new and past clients from the company’s established database.
  2. With support from a back-office network, booking and conducting external rental and sales appraisals, and conducting out-of-office viewings.
  3. Achieving weekly and monthly rental and sales targets.
  4. Updating the multi-user software database.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Excellent sales, organizational, and communication skills.
  2. A clear, personable, and professional telephone manner.
  3. Exceptional timekeeping and attendance.
  4. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  5. Motivated and target-driven.
  6. Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential.
  7. Basic computer skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  8. Driving license and use of a car.

Additional Details

BJ39: Lettings & Sales Negotiator
Location: South Woodford, London
Salary: £22,000 – 25,000 + Car allowance + Commission (OTE £40,000 – £50,000)
Office Hours: Monday – Saturday (5 out of 6 days per week)
