• Honest, professional and able to set realistic expectations
• From a sales or customer‑facing background (property experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Managing high volume of enquiries each day
• Qualifying applicants, understanding their needs, and matching them to the right homes
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Building strong relationships with prospective tenants
• Following up, converting viewings into applications, and supporting the journey through to let
• Using a modern CRM to manage leads, match properties, and stay on top of your pipeline
• Working closely with a supportive team across property management, tenancy care, renewals, maintenance and marketing
