Job summary

Lomond, part of Clyde's market-leading team in Shawlands, is hiring a Sales Negotiator to manage the full sales lifecycle of residential properties and help drive growth for the branch.

You will pro-actively pursue new business, negotiate offers for vendors, coordinate with buyers and solicitors, and support viewings and progression to complete timely transactions, delivering excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Competent IT skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full sales lifecycle of residential properties, from listing to final sale.
• Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and support the branch in achieving growth targets.
• Follow up on new business leads promptly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate offers effectively to maximise value for vendors.
• Liaise professionally with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Oversee and assist with effective chain management to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all property listings and sales processes are compliant with legal regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property sales and branch operations.
• Deliver exceptional service to vendors, purchasers, and viewers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Support team members with viewings, client communications, and sales progression as required.
