Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administration - manage correspondence, update records, support office operations and manage property keys
• Be the first point of contact - respond to enquiries, answer telephone calls and welcome clients professionally
• Support the team - collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards
• Help coordinate rental property launches - manage pre-market activity, marketing materials, and compliance
• Maintain accuracy and organisation - ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed
