At KFH, we are looking for a property manager to join our Property Management team in Wimbledon.

Do you have experience working as a residential property manager? Do you excel in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re seeking an individual who can collaborate, share knowledge, and embrace our legacy of continuous improvement.

With over 60 branches across London, KFH is the capital’s largest property services group, offering services including block management, commercial, residential, and financial services. We manage over 15,000 units across 130 locations, with a portfolio worth £10 billion. Our team of qualified chartered surveyors and valuers provides comprehensive services for both corporate and private clients. You will report to our Head of Lettings Management.

Responsibilities of a property manager include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties related to one or two branches
  • Collaborating with the branch to prepare properties for new tenancies
  • Supervising tenants' maintenance requests
  • Ensuring properties meet regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Visiting properties at least twice a year
  • Overseeing refurbishment and larger works
  • Negotiating the swift return of deposits
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Building trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors
