Thompson & Terry Recruitment are collaborating with a Witney-based property business to recruit a Lettings Portfolio Manager. You will oversee in-house tenancies from the Witney office and act as the primary contact for external letting agents.

The role covers tenant screening, new lets, applications, referencing, renewals and rent reviews, with a focus on compliance, documentation, and keeping rents under review. A Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within a Lettings or Property Management position.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisation and administrative skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritise a high-workload while maintaining high standards.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day management of residential tenancies from the Witney office.
• Be the main contact for external letting agents.
• Coordinate applications, referencing, agreements and renewals.
• Monitor rents, collect payments and manage arrears, with solicitors when needed.
• Arrange inspections and inventories, pre-tenancy works and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and report to directors.
